If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

🕒 Returns:
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

💰 Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

🚫 Non-returnable items:
Certain products such as personal care items, intimate wear, and clearance items are not eligible for returns.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
